Cleaning Bay

We offer a varied range of cleaning bay available in various sink sizes for the cleaning of aircraft parts. The cleaning area is constructed of stainless steel and the frames on which they are mounted are constructed of steel and are epoxy powder coated. We also provided a recirculating kit to recirulate cleaning agent through filters. The complete above mentioned kit can be used as portable or fixed equipents.

Compressor Wash Rig

We offer wash rigs in the form of double cylinder compressor wash rigs & single cylinder compressor wash rigs with the following features:

The cylinders are constructed of stainless steel
For double cylinder cart the operator may choose from cleaning agent or water without interchanging the hoses from each engine
The pressure bearing capacity of the system is upto 150 P. S. I
The frame for the double cylinder carts are constructed of steel with 2 Wheels and our epoxy powder coated
On our double cylinder wash righ output pressure can be regulated
One valve is provided per outlet
On each outlet is provided mesh filters

Wash Cart

We offer a number of self powered equipment for the aviation industry like self powered body wash cart with suitable engines power supplies & pumps for various operations like

High pressure body wash
Low pressure engine wash
Hydraulic pressure kits.

The wash cart is a compact self contained, portable unit taht includes a combined engine compressor wash and in-situ nozzle cleaning circuit. The capacity is sufficient to perform two full, combined circles. The pulsating action makes it possible to clean fuel nozzles without removing them from the engine.
