We manufacture and supply laray visco meter as per i.s. 6931 72. It consists of a cylindrical bar which is free to move inside a thick walled S.S. pre calibrated bush. The bush is seated inside ass water jacket and is maintained at a constant temperature by circulating water from a controlled hot water bath for proper functioning. Available in various specifications, these are offered at industry leading prices.

We provide our range of laray visco meter with the following:

• The jacket is suspended from the base by 2 S.S rods of known lengths
• The base will be provided with a digital stopwatch with a reset switch
• Leveling bolts will be provided under the base and a spiral level will be provided on the water jacket
• Above on the lid of the bath we provide a temperature controller with pre sett able counter and indicator
• Also on the lid will be provided a stirrer and circulating pump
• A stainless steel hot water bath is also provided
• The sensor of the temperature controller will be a p. t. 100 sensor with an accuracy of +/ - 0.1°c
• Weights of 50g. 100g. 200g. 300g. and 500g is further provided to mount on the hollow cylinder to increase shearing force also provided will be a brass rod for testing low viscous materials

Our range of ink finger tack tester (chattillon type) ergonomically y designed and consist of a rigid adjuster to adjust to various user types. The machine consist of a mechanism this senses force in one direction and holds the peak value when switched to peak hold mode. For our clients benefit, these are provided with the hard chromed scraper that helps in excess ink removal. The operator is required to firmly press down his index finger, supported by the first finger onto the test washer and remove his finger in a quick reflex action. It can be done 15 times on an average and the test reading is noted.

We offer Digital Glosso Meter for measuring gloss of printed sheets with sensor and emitter at 60 degrees angle. It works on a 9 volt external power supply and can also work on an external battery.

 The machine has an auto peak hold facility and also a backlight system for readings in poorly lit areas, moreover, a test tube is also supplied to calibrate the machine as required.
