The tergotometer is one of the test equipments from our wide range of equipments that we manufacture for the Soap Industry. the machine is used for comparative tests on quality of detergents. It is used for laboratory testing and evaluation of soaps, detergents, dyestuffs, surfactants, cleaners for textiles and other materials.
SALIENT FEATURES : - This has a battery of 6 agitators, washer in stainless steel beakers.
- The speed of the agitator is adjustable from 50 to 150 rotation. The agitator oscillates through an angle of 350 degree centigrate
- The stirring paddles are of stainless steel and are of special design so that the soiled cloths or swatches do not tear off while in operation. It can be easily mounted to the shaft and the other end will dip inside the stainless steel vessel.
- Stainless steel cup with center pin. This will be placed in the water bath where holes are provided. The other broad end of the shaft dips inside the stainless steel vessel and together with the center pin hold the swatch in position.

Why this test ?
The bursting strength test of paper, paperboard, including linerboard and corrugated board, is a composite measure of certain properties of the sheet structure, principally tensile strength and elongation. In general, bursting strength is dependent on the type, proportion, preparation and amount of fibres present in the sheet and their formation, internal sizing, and to some degree, the surface treatment. While bursting strength is an empirical property, this test, in combination with basis weight, serves to define "standard grades" in commerce

Digital Peel Tester |
|

Digital peel tester is used for measuring the peeling strength of seals and lamination on in materials like laminates and laminated sheets. The machine will consist of a digital indicator with auto peak hold button on the indicator to measure the peel/ bond strength in grams, with a least count of 5 grams and a maximum reading of up to 10 kgs.
The auto peak hold button on the indicator, when pressed before the test, will make the indicator to indicate and hold the peak value generated during the test. The pulling/ peeling force will be generated by 1 1/4th H.P . motor, with a screw mechanism. The machine works on 230 Volts A.C (normal three pinplug) 5 AMPS. |

Digital Crush Tester |

| We provide a diverse range of digital crush tester for various crushing & compressive tests. The machine comes with a preset distance sensor and preset load value that helps to check the load bear ability value of lami pouches & other materials to bare up to 300 kgs. A timer is provided to preset the determined time for which the samples should be held, pressurized and compressed. When the test is carried out a digital indicator with autopic facility registers & holds the pic value generated during the test. |
